Does CMBC support missions?

Yes, our church supports both American and world missions. We make annual contributions to both, but we also support the following missionaries and their work: Rick & Anita Guiterrez in Africa, David & Leslie Turley in Japan, J.D. & Rhonda Grace and their family in Bolivia, and Kathleen Runyon in her work with Zion Missions returning Jews to Israel.

 

Does your church have open communion?

Anyone who is a Christian can take communion during our communion service which is held on the first Sunday of each month.

 

Is there a dress code for church?

Decency is the key word for our dress code. Don't wear anything you wouldn't want God to see you wear.

Do you have a children's program?

Yes, we have an active weekly children's program with Sunday school and children's church on Sunday mornings and children's classes on Wednesday night. Nursery services are also provided on Sundays.

 

Is there a Baptist women's program?

Yes, we have an active ABW (American Baptist Women) group which meets on the third Tuesday of each month (September-May).

 

Do you have a bus ministry?

We have buses that run on a regular basis to the following areas: Ragland-Delbarton and Pigeon Creek.

 

Who may come to your church?

Anyone is welcome to attend our church.
